B.11. 22-562 Adopt a resolution accepting a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (S.T.E.P.), approving a Grant Agreement with California Office of Traffic Safety in the amounts of $111,000 for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023 (Oct. 1, 2022 to Sept. 30, 2023); authorize the Chief of Police to sign same; approve a budget appropriation of $111,000 in revenue to Fund 150 - Police Grants Fund Intergovernmental Grants - Federal Office of Traffic Safety (Account No. 150.00.00.900-4450.23); and authorize appropriations of $96,475.00 for personnel costs to Fund 150 Police Grants Fund Undesignated Reserves to Salaries Overtime (Account No. 150.11.00.200-5000.03) and $14,525.00 for DUI enforcement supplies Fund 150 - Police Grants Fund Undesignated Reserves to Supplies-DUI Enforcement (Account No. 150.11.00.200-6210.08), which will be replenished through reimbursement.
