C.5. 22-641 Adopt a resolution awarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Oils, Grease, ATF, Lube Delivery and Removal of Used Oil and Crushed Filters for the City of Manteca's fleet to Hunts and Sons Inc., enter into agreement with Hunts and Sons Inc. for the purchase of oils, lubes, and grease not-to-exceed $55,000 annually and total compensation not-to-exceed $165,000, and authorize the City Manager to sign the initial agreement and associated documents and any amendments or extensions that adhere to the City of Manteca's Purchasing Policy.
