C.5. 23-207 Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to 1) approve submission of proposed projects from the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program eligible for Senate Bill 1 funding to the California Transportation Commission for potential funding; 2) apply for permits and State and Federal grants, solicit project funding support, complete and execute all associated documents, and take all appropriate actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.
