C.5. 24-156 Adopt a resolution approving a professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide on-call grant research, writing, and management services for the Engineering Department for a term of three years for an amount not-to-exceed $225,000; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to take all appropriate actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.
