B.3. 20-447 Adopt a resolution determining George Reed Incorporated to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Mayors Park Subdivision Pavement Project; award contract to same for an amount not to exceed $1,860,860; authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the construction agreement; and authorize the City Manager or designee to approve project contingency not to exceed 10%, extend the construction contract, and issue change orders not to exceed 10.5% and approve the project total appropriation of $2,300,000.
