Pursuant to Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-25-20, members of the Manteca City Council will participate in this meeting via teleconference from separate locations. The City Council Chambers will be closed to the public in an effort to prioritize social distancing with the goal of decreasing the opportunities for transmission of COVID-19.
