C.2. 21-151 Adopt a resolution determining Barham Inc., DBA BZ Construction to be the lowest responsive bidder for the Development Services Public Counter Project; award the contract to Barham Inc., DBA BZ Construction for an amount not to exceed $240,414; increase CIP 21037 by $90,000; and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement and all necessary documents and approve change orders up to but not to exceed ten percent of the contract amount.
