B.9. 21-145 Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of support for Assembly Bill 336 that addresses a technical fix to legislation enabling the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Board of Directors to also serve as the public financing authority of the proposed Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District which partially funds the 200-year flood protection improvements for the Mossdale Tract area.

C.1. 21-136 Public hearing and consideration of an appeal filed by Robinson Oil Company regarding the Planning Commission's denial of a Minor Use Permit (UPN-19-110) and Site Plan and Design Review (SPC-19-109) for a Rotten Robbie fueling station and convenience store located on the southeast corner of Airport Way and Wawona Street, 1014 South Airport Way (APN 221-190-51).
