Pursuant to Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-25-20, members of the Manteca City Council will participate in this meeting via teleconference from separate locations. The City Council Chambers will be closed to the public in an effort to prioritize social distancing with the goal of decreasing the opportunities for transmission of COVID-19. B.1. 20-554 Adopt a resolution continuing the Proclamation of Local Emergency in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

B.2. 21-035 Adopt a resolution accepting the improvement work included in the Lathrop Road Improvement Project as complete, authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion, and approve all remaining budget appropriations to be disencumbered.

B.3. 21-115 Adopt a resolution approving a contract amendment for permit administration, plan check and inspection services with Independent Code Consultants, Inc., increasing the contract of $70,000 by $30,000 to a new contract total amount of $100,000; and authorize the City Manager to sign all contracts and accompanying documents.

B.4. 21-122 Adopt a resolution approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement for property located at 346 and 372 Moffat Boulevard, in an amount not to exceed $315,000; and authorize the mayor to sign the Agreement and all necessary documents.

B.5. 21-123 Adopt a resolution approving Grading and Construction of Improvements prior to filing of the Final Map for the work included in the Wackerly Subdivision, Grading and Improvement Plans.
